With the arrival of new Executive Chef Vanessa Miller came fresh inspiration for the Metropole menu at 21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati. The new culinary collection has been very well received not least by the local Cincinnati media. Akshay Ahuja shared his views on the offering and had nothing but praise for Vanessa’s ‘direct, uncluttered, and often more satisfying’ style.

Ahuja says: ‘Lots of changes are coming to Metropole as the year continues. Pasta offerings will expand and the rooftop bar will start serving more dishes, particularly more fresh seafood. Thanks to Miller, a lot to look forward to. Metropole, I’m glad to say, is back on its feet again.’
